摘要
对数以千万计的林农进行培训既是一项庞大的系统工程,也是一件关系林业生态建设、农村发展稳定、农民增收致富奔小康的大事,必须引起各级政府的充分重视。只有改革管理体制、建立激励机制、加大经费投入、加强基础建设、形成培训体系才能把这项具有战略意义的工作做实、做好。
Training more than thousands of forestry farmers not only is a huge system engineering but also is a event, which has a great influence on the forestry ecological construction, development and stability in rural areas and helping the farmers to get rid of poverty. Governments at all levels must pay more attention to it. Only by reforming administrative system, establishing excitation mechanism, putting in a heavy outlay, increasing basic construction and building training system can we finish the strategic mission completely.
