摘要
小企业领导者的决策能力和水平关系到企业的生存和发展。因而,领导者应加强自身的学习和实践,不 断提高决策能力和水平,尽快由经验决策向科学决策转变。
Leader's ability and level of decision-making have an influence on the existence and development of small-business. Thus the leaders should strengthen studying and practice themselves and improve their ability and level of decision-making gradually so as to transform the experiential decision to the scientific decision as soon as possible.
