对城镇化进程中违法犯罪控制对策的思考

Reflections on Measures of Controlling Crimes in Course of Urbanization

城镇化的快速发展时期也是违法犯罪活动最为突出和集中又难以控制的时期。我国目前正处于这一特殊时期。探讨城镇化进程中违法犯罪的控制对策对推进城镇化建设的顺利进行具有积极的现实意义。解决这一问题,既需要发扬传统,更需要推陈出新。必须以科学发展观为指导,不断强化、完善、改革宏观和微观控制手段。

China is experiencing a rapid development of urbanization in which crimes are most serious and difficult to control. Discussion on measures of controlling crimes plays active roles in promoting the progress of urbanization construction. To solve the problem, tradition and creation must be combined; controlling measures must be strengthened and improved under the guidance of scientific idea of development.
