科学发展观的核心内涵是以人为本,促进经济社会和人的全面发展。树立科学发展观是新时期林业现代化建设的客观要求。用科学发展观指导林业教育培训工作,就是要注重以人为本,为人的全面发展服务;积极探索适应社会主义市场经济需要的林业教育培训机制和管理体制;尽快完善法律法规,为实现林业重要职业岗位准入制度提供法律保障;加大林业教育培训投入的力度,重视公众的林业科普知识与法律意识的培训,提高务林人的科学理念和能力水平,实现林业的跨越式发展。

The core connotation of scientific development view is to promote the development of human andeconomic society comprehensively with man-centered spirit. Establishing the scientific development view is the ob-jective requirement of forestry modernization construction in the new period. To develop the forestry education andTraining under the guidance of the scientific development view, more attention has been paid to the development ofhuman comprehensively with man-centered spirit; a new mechanism and management system of forestry educationand training should be explored to fit in with the needs of socialist market economy; the laws and regulations should beimproved as soon as possible in order to give the legal guarantee of realizing the grant system of key professional postsin forestry sector; more investments should be made in forestry education and training and more training of forestrypopular science knowledge and legal knowledge should be given to enhance the science idea and the capacity offorestry professionals so as to carry out the rapid development of forestry.
