论解决公安执法中存在问题的对策

Countermeasures against Problems in Public Security Law Enforcement

文章针对我国公安执法中存在的一些带有普遍性和代表性的问题,提出了一些相应的对策,主要包括改革公安领导体制、加强公安立法工作、加强学习提高执法水平、加强制度建设做到公正执法、建立健全监督机制以加强对公安执法工作的监督等内容。具有一定的针对性和可操作性,希望能对我国公安执法水平的提高起到一定作用。

In the light of some general but typical problems in public security law enforcement of our country, the article provides appropriate countermeasures, including reforming the public security leadership system, reinforcing public security legislative work, studying hard to improve the level of law enforcement, strengthening system construction to perform just law enforcement, and lastly completing supervisory mechanism to supervise the work of public security law enforcement.
