论终身学习与教学角色的改变

摘要 为了迎接未来因知识更新速度加快而带来的挑战,每个人都要确立一种理念终身学习。终身学习是学习者主体性的教育理念。要改变学习中的教学角色,使教师成为真正意义上的主导者、导师,学生要成为真正意义上的主体者、学习者,学生的学是为了成为学习的主动建构者。建构主义学习原则是主体者终身学习的必然张力。 In order to meet the future challenge that knowledge renews quickly, everyone must establish a newidea: Learning in all ones life. Lifelong Learning is a educational concept in which a learner should improve hiseducational standpoint, change the original teaching role, and make himself become a real controller, manager andguider. With the helps of teachers, students are the principal parts and should develop their subjectivities so that theycan learn and earn knowledge by themselves and become active formers in their studies. Therefore, it is very importantfor students to set up an active subjectivity in studies and also the necessary tension of learning in all ones life.
