摘要
一座老坝的安全监测系统，总存在着设计不周、设施不全、设备损坏多诸多影响大坝安全监测的因素。本文就磨子潭大坝安全监测系统存在的问题及更新改造的总体设计思想、原则、更改情况和设计特点，作了简要介绍，并谈了一些作者的看法。
In the monitoring system of an old dam,there are usually some factors influencing the dam safety monitoring,such as unthoughtful designs,imperfect and spoiled equipments and so on.This paper introduces briefly the problems existing in the dam safety monitoring system of Mozitan Hydroelectric Power Plant,and the ideas,principles,and characteristics of the general design of renewal and improvement,and puts forward some opinions about the design.
