湖南消费市场发展现状与对策

摘要 尽管湖南消费市场出现了城乡消费差距逐步缩小,规模企业优势明显,居民消费结构升级加快的可喜局面;但依然存在地区发展不平衡,农村市场尚未全面启动,食品安全形势比较严峻等问题。为促进湖南消费市场和谐发展,建议加强新农村建设,进一步提高农民消费水平;完善收入分配和社会保障制度,推动中低收入群体消费增长;完善消费政策和环境;以及加强市场监管。 Although the gap of consumption between the town and the rural area becomes narrow gradually. The advantage of the enterprises scale becomes clear and evident, the consumption structure of residents escalated greatly. The uneven or unbalance development in different areas is still existed. The rural consumption market has not mobilized in all-round way. The food safety situation is still comparative serious problem. In order to promote Hunan consumption market making progress harmoniously, it is suggested that the new rural construction should be strengthened in order to upgrade the farmer's level of consumption; to complete the system of income and distribution and social security system and to make the growth of consumption oftbe people who are in the position of low and middle level of revenue; to supervise the market management and the consumption policy.
