民办高校委托代理关系中的道德风险与防范

The Moral Hazard and Prevention in the Principal-agent Relationship of Private Colleges

由于信息不对称、契约不完全、责任不对称等原因存在,我国民办高校委托代理关系中蕴含着"道德风险"问题,严重影响民办高校持续健康发展。要规避代理人"道德风险",必须从强化监控力量、构建有效的激励约束机制等方面寻求对策。

Due to factors such as the asymmetric information, incomplete contract, and the unequal responsibility and so on, the principal-agent relationship in China＇s private colleges contains ＂moral hazard＂ problems, which seriously affects the sustainable and healthy development of private colleges. To circumvent the ＂moral hazard＂ of the agent, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring force, and building an effective incentive and restraint mechanisms in such areas as the solutions.
