摘要
本文针对翻译“直译基础上的意译”提出了翻译“非信亦信”辩证观点，并结合中外翻译理论和实例剖析，对这一意译语言文化现象的合理性进行了理性阐述。
With both theories in China and abroad and the analysis of sample linguistic points,the paper ventures to discuss the translative concept 'free translation based on literal translation', throwing some light on the authenticity with translation.
