摘要
用梯度发展理论分析苏中崛起应是苏中中部的先行崛起。然而，按现行发展轨迹，苏中中部到２０１０年接近或达到江苏人均ＧＤＰ发展水平困难较大，只有加大创新力度，构建强有力的支撑体系，采取跳跃式的发展战略，苏中中部才有可能先行崛起并牵动苏中崛起。
According to the theory of grade development,the booming of the middle Jiangsu Province could only be invoked by that in the middle part of the area.But,in view of the present development rate, it's quite difficult for the said part to reach or approach the average GDP of Jiangsu Province in 2010.The only measures are to strength- en creative activities, build up powerful supporting system and adopt a strategy of economic development which makes great leaps forward.
