摘要
现代化建设离不开成人教育。建立成人教育制度,须明确界定成人教育制度的概念、内涵,尽快实现成人教育立法,这是教育工作者面临的一项艰巨而紧迫的任务。成人教育制度的基本内容包括建立岗位培训、资格证书、继续教育和评估监督制度。在当前和今后一个时期内,应重点做好建立和完善成人教育法律法规体系等四项工作。
: Establishing adult educational system must make its concept and intension clear and make laws as quickly as possible. This is the arduous and urgent assignment that educational workers are faced with. The basic content of adult educational system includes building the post training, continuing education assessing and supervising system. At present,time should stress on the establishment and perfect of the adult educational law and the systems of regulation.
