摘要
在职业培训过程中,员工作为学习者所采用的学习策略是造成员工个体差异的关键因素。要加强员工对学习材料的选择、编码和组织,促进其学习更见成效,必须对工业/组织心理学中的学习策略,包括认识策略、行为策略、自我调控策略的内涵及其培训作进一步的探讨,并在该领域的未来研究中,注意学习策略运用的差异性等五个方面的问题。
:Learning tactics is a critical factor that creates staff's individual difference in training process.To strengthen the workers' ability of selectioncoding and organising the learning material can promote their learning efficiency. Staff must inquire their learning tactics and pay attention to the qpplication of it.
