职业培训中职工学习策略的探讨

摘要 在职业培训过程中,员工作为学习者所采用的学习策略是造成员工个体差异的关键因素。要加强员工对学习材料的选择、编码和组织,促进其学习更见成效,必须对工业/组织心理学中的学习策略,包括认识策略、行为策略、自我调控策略的内涵及其培训作进一步的探讨,并在该领域的未来研究中,注意学习策略运用的差异性等五个方面的问题。 :Learning tactics is a critical factor that creates staff's individual difference in training process.To strengthen the workers' ability of selectioncoding and organising the learning material can promote their learning efficiency. Staff must inquire their learning tactics and pay attention to the qpplication of it.
