中等职业教育结构改革的内容及对策

经济的发展和产业结构的调整必然导致中等职业教育结构的变化。在产业结构转型时期,中等职业教育结构调整应采取如下对策:构建动态的中等职业技术教育结构观;根据地区经济和文化水平调整中等职业技术学校布局结构;构建职业教育、职业培训和终身教育的多元职业教育形态结构;在中等职业技术学校实行学分制与弹性学制。

:The economy development and industrial structure adjustment will certainly lead to the change of middle vocational and technical education(MVTE)structure.Under the changing industrial structure time and the condition of new economy,how the MVTE structure can fit economic construction and development?The dissertation puts forward the following new MVTE conceptions,that is:to set up the concept of changing MVTE structure;to adjust the layout structure of MVTE according to regional economy and cultrue developing level;to form multi-dimentional pattern structure of MVTE including vocational education、vocational training and life-long education;to practice credit system and elastic system school education at middle vocational and technical schools;to enforce education of general knowledge and to encourage people to develop in all of round.
