论述信息技术的基本理论 ,现代信息技术的构架。指出目前信息技术发展中出现的问题和困惑。
The basic of information technology and the frame of modern information technology are expounded , and the problems and puzzlement existing in the present development of information technology are pointed out. The breach and direction for information technology are put forward.
