An Excel Arithmetic of Smooth Design of Grooved Drum Curve

从原点作高次曲线与直线二阶连续连接 ,使沟槽曲线二阶连续地过渡到螺旋线 ,从而实现滑梭的速度曲线和加速度曲线的平稳过渡。本文给出了此高次曲线的Excel算法和Excel工作表 ,其中各个参数均可自由选取 ;Execl工作表的安排 ,使得任一个参数的改变 ,整个表体立即自动同步改变。

From O(0.0),draw a curve y=ax 2+bc m+cx n+dx p,(2<m<n<p),to connect straight line y=x tgα fp at p(ξ,η)with continuity of order 2,achieving a smooth reverse to helix of the grooved drum curve ,so that the velocity curve and acceleration curve of the slide shuttle will be smooth at that point. A programmed “Excel” work sheet for calculating this curve and its curvature are given .Each parameter in this sheet can be changed freely,and every change of a prarmeter will lead to correspondent change of the whole work sheet automatically.
