Synthesis of 3-(Alkyl or 3′-Chlorophenyl-6-Pipemidic-S-Triazolo[3,4-ｂ] -1,3，4-Thiadiazoles

利用３－（甲基／乙基／３′－氯苯基）－４－氨基 － ５巯基－１，２，４均三唑在ＰＯＣ１＿３催化剂作用 下同吡哌酸反应，合成了３个新的３－（甲基／乙基／３′氯苯基）－６吡哌基均三唑并［３，４－ ｂ］－１，３，４－噻二唑（Ⅱａ －ｃ）并对波谱性质进行了讨论。

Three novel compounds of 3-(methy l/ethyl/3-chlorophenyl-6 -Pipemidic-s-triazolo［3，4 -b］-1，3，4-thiadia zoles were synthesized by condensing3-(methyl/ethyl/3 -chlorophenyl-4-amino- 5-mercapto-1,2,4 triazole with pipemi dic acid in the medium of phosphorus oxychloride.The structures of the products were proved by 1H NMR、IR and elemental analysis.
