摘要
建立了 MDI同分异构体及水解氯分离的数学模型 ,考虑了二聚体生成过程的影响 ,通过模拟优化得到了过程系统的最佳操作条件。通过对过程的用能分析 ,提出了过程系统节能的改造方案 ,此方案可以节省塔底负荷 2 1 %
The mathematical model of the separation of MDI isomer and hydrolysis of chlorine is set up. In this model the effect of the generating process of dimer is considered. The system's optimal operational condition is attained by simulation and optimization. The reconstructive plan of system's energy saving is analyzed by the energy using of the system. The plan can save 21% of energy.
