废催化剂中回收油脂及制备硫酸铜和硫酸镍的研究

The Recovery of Oils and Fats and the Preparation of Copper and Nickel Sulphates from Waste Hydrogenation Catalyst

利用油脂加氢工业中产生的废催化剂 ,经氧化酸煮工艺回收油脂以及铜镍硫酸盐混合物 ,再经有机溶剂萃取和反萃取法制取工业级硫酸铜、硫酸镍产品。通过实验确定了工艺条件 。

Oil and fat are recovered by the acid treatment of waste catalyst from hydrogenation industry. And the industrial copper sulphate and nickel sulphate are produced by organic extraction and reverse extraction. Feasible conditions are proposed through the result of the experiment.
