正常和窒息新生儿脐血浆非蛋白结合铁的比较

摘要 目的建立用于临床的血浆非蛋白结合铁 (NPBI)的测定方法 ,并比较正常和窒息新生儿脐血浆NPBI值。 方法选取正常和窒息新生儿各 10例 ,分别用校正和传统博来霉素法测定其脐血浆NPBI含量 ,并比较它们的标准曲线、回收率和t检验结果。 结果用传统博来霉素法测定脐血浆NPBI值 ,无论在正常还是窒息新生儿均偏低 ,且其回收率只有 32 %左右。用校正博来霉素法测定脐血浆NPBI值 ,则能较好改善其数据 ,且其回收率达 10 1%左右。经t检验有显著性差别 (P <0 0 1)。 结论校正博来霉素法是一种较好的 ,能实际用于临床的常规测定NPBI的方法。室息新生儿脐血浆NPBI值明显高于正常新生儿 ,提示在血浆中可能产生较多毒性羟自由基 (OH·)而造成组织细胞 。 Objective To establish a practical method of detecting cord plasma nonprotein bound iron (NPBI) and compare their values between normal and asphyxial newborns. Methods 20 cord plasma samples, of normal 10 and asphyxial 10 newborns was collected and their NPBIs were investigated by traditional and corrected bloemycin assay respectively. Their standard curves, recovery rates and t -test statistical results were compared. Results The cord plasma NPBIs detected by traditional bleomycin assay got lower in both normal and asphyxial newborns and their recovery rates were only about 32%. The detected values were improved by corrected bleomycin assay. Their recovery rates reached 101% approximately and the NPBI values had statistical significant difference between normal and asphyxial newborns. Conclusion The corrected bleomycin assay is a better method to estimate the concentration of plasma NPBI. The NPBI values of asphyxial newborns were higher than those of normal ones, indicating the production of excessive toxic hydroxyl radical (OH) responsible for the cellular damage, especial brain damage.
