摘要
联合国教科文组织《信息与传播技术教师能力标准》为培养和发展全体教师的信息和传播技术能力提供了准则,制订了指导方针。该项目通过三个文件为信息与传播技术教师能力标准提供了完整的框架:(1)阐释基本的"政策框架";(2)在分析影响教育改革因素的同时,根据政策框架和教育改革的因素,提出"教师能力标准模块";(3)详细说明在每一个能力模块中教师所需掌握的具体技能。该项目的总体目标不仅在于改进教师的专业实践,同时还开辟了优质高效教育制度的途径,以培养睿智明理的公民和素质优异的劳动者,最终实现促进国家经济和社会发展的目标。
UNESCO's project "ICT Competency Standards for Teachers" provides guidelines and rules for all teachers of ICT abilities. This project offers a complete framework for ICT Competency Standards for Teachers by addressing three parts: explaining the basic "Policy Framework", examining the components of educational reform and developing a matrix of skill modules for teachers which corresponds to various policy frameworks and education reform components, providing a detailed description of the specific skills required by teachers within each skill module. The overall objective of the project is not only to improve teacher's professional practice but also to find a new way that can lead to a higher quality education system. All these endeavors are to cultivate the wise and sensible citizens and to advance a country's economic and social development.
