中药益气养阴复方治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的临床和实验观察

Effect of compound prescription of Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin on type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的 本研究旨在通过运用中药益气养阴复方治疗50例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者和糖尿病大鼠模型,对其临床疗效、临床症状改善和其调整部分内分泌激素和疗效机制等方面进行观察和研究。方法 根据中医理论,结合临床经验,研制出用于治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的纯中药制剂—中药益气养阴复方(主要由黄芪、太子参、玉竹、黄精、玄参、生地等中药组成)。结果 治疗后患者血FBC、HbAlc和胰高血糖素较治疗前明显下降,血IN和C肽值较治疗前明显升高。运用中药益气养阴复方治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者,未见任何不良反应,说明该药安全可靠。结论 中药益气养阴复方治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病,临床疗效好,疗效机制与其能调整机体的内分泌紊乱和血糖等营养物质代谢异常,如改善胰岛素、胰高糖素的分泌等作用有关。

Objective To explore the effect of Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin(supplementing QI and nourishing Yin)on type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The compound prescription of Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin was administered to 50 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and 24 Wistar rats were induced into diabetes mellitus model by CFA.Results After administration, the levels of fasting blood-glucose,glcosylated hemoglobin and pancreatic glucogon decreased dramatically, while the levels of insulin and C-peptide increased.No side and toxic effect was observed.Conclusion The compound prescription of Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin is effective on type 2 diabete mellitus, whose mechanism is to correct endocrine dysfunction and metabolic disturbance of blood sugar.
