正肾合剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎32例临床观察

Clinical observation on the effect of Zhengshenheji in the treatment of 32 cases with glomenllonephritis

目的 观察正肾合剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎32例,同时设肾炎四味片对照组24例,治疗结果表明,正肾合剂能显著降低病人的尿蛋白、尿红细胞,并能改善肾功能,治疗组的总有效率为87 5％,而对照组为62.5％,两者差异有显著性(P<0.05),同时正肾合剂能明显改善本病的主要临床症状,未发现有明显副反应。

Objective To study the effect of Zhengshenheji in treating glomendonephritis,Methods 32 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis treated with Zhengshenheji and 24 cases with Shenyansiweipian were studied. Results The results showed that Zhengshenheji could obviously decrease the levels of urinary protein and ery-throcyte and improve patients' renal function. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.5 % , the control group 62.5% . Conclusion Zhengshenheji lias prominent effect on treating glomerulonephritis,
