摘要
目的 根据纯蜂王浆的紫外吸收特性,找出蜂王浆的紫外最佳吸收波长及回归方程。方法 通过设置几个可能波长,在多次重复实验基础上,应用数理统计方法。结果 纯蜂王浆中10-HDA紫外测定法的最佳波长为210nm,直线回归方程为Y=13.2680X-0.1930[其中以210nm处的紫外吸收值为自变量X,10-HDA含量为依变量Y(μg/ml)]。此方法回收率很高,达99.27%,变异系数很小,为1.2%,可信度很高。结论 通过与现代精密仪器分析比较,此法得出的检测结果是十分理想的。
Objective To confirm the best wavelength and regression equation of ultraviolet absorption of 10 -HDA in pure royal jelly. Methods Various possible absorption wavelengths are arranged in the experiments, and some statistical analyses are applied. Results The best wavelength of ultraviolet absorption of 10 - HDA in pure royal jelly is 210 nm. With straight line regression equation, Y= 13.2680X-0.1930 (X: ultraviolet absorption value, Y: 10-HDA content,μg/ml) .According to our results, the rate of recovery is very high, i.e. 99.27%, variation coefficient is very small, i.e. 1.2% . Conclusions This experiment is reliable.By contrasting with the analyses from modern accurate apparatus, it is concluded that the results from this experiment is dependable.
