舒肝补肾法治疗黄体功能不健76例疗效分析

Retrospective Analysis of 76 Cases LPD Treated by Soothing the Liver and Tonificating the Kithey

目的 探讨中药“助孕丸”对黄体功能不健型不孕患者的治疗效果。方法:把76例黄体功能不健合并不孕症患者随机分成3组:中药“助孕丸”组,西药组和中西药结合组。通过对用药前后的子宫内膜活检,血清激素测定和基础体温情况的对照以及治疗后的妊娠率,来判定治疗效果。结果:中药组妊娠15例(治愈率32.61％),西药组2例(13.33％),中西药结合组9例(60％)。中药组妊娠率及总有效率均明显优于应用外源性孕酮的西药组,中西药结合组治愈率明显高于其他两组(P<0.01)。伴有PRL明显升高的49例患者表现典型肝郁肾虚症候。结论:中药“助孕丸”能够通过舒肝补肾法降低血清PRL水平,健全黄体功能,治疗LPD型不孕症。

Objective To investigate the role of 'Zhu YunWan' in the treatment of infertility due to luteal phase defect (LPD) . Methods 76 infertility patients due to LPD were randomly divided into three groups: 'Zhu YunWan' group (group A, 46 cases), progesterone group (group B, 15 cases) and combination group (group C, 15 cases) .Endometrial biopsy, the level of serum hormone and basal body temperature (BBT) were measured before and after the treatment. Results 9 women were pregnant in group C (curative ratio: 60%), 15 in group A (32.61%), 2 in group B (13.33%) .The curative ratio in group C is significantly higher than that in other two groups (P < 0.01) .49 patients with high level of serum PRL have typical symptoms due to stagnation of the liver - Qi and deficiency of the kidney. Conclusion 'Zhu YunWan' could decrease serum PRL, improve luteal phase and treat infertility through soothing the liver and tonificating the kidney.
