摘要
本文通过 Ba080 Pb0.20)Ti1.01O3+0.15at%Nb2O5+0.15at%La2O3+xFe2O3+yMnO2形成中的受主物质含量(x+y≤0.04at%)的变化做了烧结实验研究,分别讨论了烧成温度对单。双受主掺杂配方的PTC陶瓷性能的影响。实验结果表明:在受主掺杂x+y≤0.04at%的范围内存在最佳烧成温度1155℃~1165℃,使PTC陶瓷具有较好的性能。
The influence of sintering temperature on the characteristics of PTC ceramics doped by one two receivers has been discussed respectively by changing the contents of receivers (x + y≤0.04at%) in the formula [ (Ba0. 80Pb0. 20) Ti1. 01O3 + 0.15at%Nb2O5 + 0. 15at%La2O3 + xFe2O3 + yMnO2] It is shown that the best sintering temperature is about 1155℃-1 165℃ in the receiver doptd contents of (x + y≤0 .04at%), and the sample has better performance.
