原发性下肢深静脉瓣功能不全的手术治疗

Surgical treatment for primary venous valve imcompetence of the leg

目的 :观察下肢深静脉瓣膜功能重建术治疗原发性下肢深静脉瓣功能不全的手术疗效。方法 :1989年 5月以来收治原发性下肢深静脉瓣功能不全 2 0例 2 1肢 ,下肢深静脉造影确诊并依据Kistner对下肢深静脉瓣功能不全进行分级 ,其中Ⅱ级 8肢 ,Ⅲ级 9肢 ,Ⅳ级 4肢 ,分别采用深静脉瓣膜修复术 ,深静脉带戒术 ,肌袢成形术进行手术治疗。结果 :结合症状、体征制定疗效评定标准 ,根据评定标准 ,优 15肢 ,良 4肢 ,差 2肢 ,总有效率 90 4%。结论 :原发性下肢深静脉瓣功能不全手术治疗疗效良好 ,应依据深静脉瓣功能不全的程度决定手术方式。临床应提高对原发性下肢深静脉瓣功能不全的认识。

Objective To study the effect of reconstruction on primary venous valve imcompetence of the leg. Methods Since May 1989,20 patients (21 legs)of primary venous valve imcompetence of the leg were treated in our hospital,all of which were proved by venography and divided into Ⅱgrade in 8 cases,Ⅲ grade in 9 cases and Ⅳin 4 cases.All the patients received restoration of deep venous valve,valvuloplasty and substituted valve operation on popliteal vein.Results Total effective rate is 90.4%.Conclusions Surgery could achieve a satisfied result for primary venous valve imcompetence of leg.
