摘要
介绍了电子束焊机用高压电源的技术要求和国内外的应用情况,对几种典型电源的控制原理和存在的问题进行了详细的说明。结合高压电源的应用实例和高压电源的发展趋势认为:采用开关型高压电源和高强度绝缘介质是高压电源高效小型化的有效方法。
This paper introduces technology requirements and appplieation about high voltage power supply for electronic beam welder(EBW),and describes control principle and problems of some kinds of the power supply in detail.According to application and developing trend of high voltage power supply,useing high voltage switching mode power supply and high strength insulating medium is a effective way for reducing size and rise efficiency of power supply.
