摘要
教师任职资格评审是一项政策性很强的工作。本文在参照历史做法的基础上,努力探索了对高校教师任职资格进行量化考核的途径,提出了量化考核测评指标体系及评审程序。
Identification of Professional title of teachers is one of the most importantpolicy issues. The article explored the quantitative method for identifying theprofessional title of teachers, based on the review of the traditional methods, and thusproposed the indicators system and the assessment procedure.
