汉中盆地丘陵区一些水利工程建设效益分析研究

摘要 采用GAMS系统对汉中盆地丘陵区水资源供需关系进行分段模拟并计算出(1989 ̄1995期间)水利工程现状,从节约水量、提高供水保证率及扩大灌溉面积等角度论述了该区18个万亩以上灌区水利工程的效益。 The relation between supply and consumption of water resources for hilly zone in Hanzhong basin has been simulated by stages by using GAMS, and the present status of the hydraulic projects has been calculated. Then, the hydraulic engineering profit of 18 irrigation districts, any one of which are more than 10000 mu in area, were discussed from different respects of view, such as reducing water consumption, improving guarantee rate of water supply, expanding the irrigation area, etc.
