Subjects Awareness in Criminal Scene Investigation

现场勘查的质量与效率除了与勘查主体使用的勘查设备是否先进、勘查方法是否科学等客观因素有关外,还与勘查主体是否具备良好的勘查意识紧密相关,因为意识是行为的先导。为了顺利完成现场勘查任务,实现我国打击犯罪和保障人权两大刑事诉讼价值目标,在现场勘查时,勘查主体必须牢固树立程序意识、证据意识、并案意识、效率意识和科学意识。

The quality and effiency of criminal scene investigation are deeply involved with the fact whether the subjects of the investigation have good awareness of the investigation, other than the object factors whether the subjects of the investigation use the advanced instrument and the successful method, because the awareness is fundamental to the conduct. To successfully accomplish the task of the investigation and realize the two main criminal procedure goals of penalizing the criminal and protect ing the humanright, the subjects of the investigation should set up the deep awareness of the procedure, evidence, incorporation, effiency and science.
