摘要
羁縻制度上承秦汉的初郡制度,下启明清的土司制度,在广西制度史上占有重要地位。这种"以夷制夷"的思想尽管在特定的历史时期在一定程度上促进广西经济文化发展,但也因此造成了广西长期的地方割据,并给广西的现代发展带来了许多负面影响。
As the interlinkage of Chu Jun system in Qin and Han dynasties and chieftain system in Ming and Qing, the mollification policy plays an important role in Guangxi history. This foreign policy contributed to Guangxi economic and cultural development in some certain times and yet led to the separation and some negative effects.
