摘要
分析三乙醇胺在不同掺入形式和不同掺量时对硅酸盐水泥的助磨效果及其它性能的影响，并对三乙醇胺的助磨机理进行了探讨。从实验结果看，三乙醇胺掺入量为０．０５％，掺入浓度为４０％时具有最好效果；在相同实验条件下水泥细度（０．０８ｍｍ筛筛余）由１０．７６％下降到１．８９％，比表面积由３４８．７ｍ~２／ｋｇ增加到４１２．１ｍ~２／ｋｇ，而水泥的２８ｄ强度则由４８．７ＭＰａ提高至５６．２ＭＰａ。实验结果还表明，当三乙醇胺浓度低于４０％时，水泥细度虽然显著下降，但水泥的比表面积反而降低，同时水泥出现急凝，这在其它文献中从未报道。
In this paper, the effect of triethanolmine on the properties of Portland cement is studied. From it, the grinding mechanism of triethanolmine on Portland cement is discussed.
