摘要
气垫垛板是横剪的最后一道工序,只有选择合适的风压才能满足垛板的工艺要求。本文针对气垫垛板台风机原有的挡板节流控制方式的缺陷,采用变频器对其进行改进。相关数据的测试和对比结果表明,变频器用于气垫垛板台鼓风机控制,既满足了生产工艺要求又具有显著的经济效益,是一种理想的控制方法。
Air cushion pillar is the last process of crosscut.Only to select an appropriate air pressure meets the technical demand .This paper disusses some bugs in the baffle control made of the exciting system and how to take over it by the frequency converters. The test results indicate that air cushion pillar controlled by inverter can meet its technical demands and save lots of energy.
