高校体育特长生的选拔考试与高考文化课具有同样重要的地位,运用Z分数理论来对体育测试成绩进行评价可以提高一定的公正性,针对在运用Z分数理论对体育特长生体能进行评价过程中,极端值对标准差的影响使评价出现的不公正性,提出了一种四分位数法与Z分数理论相结合的方法,在计算过程中避开了极端值,使极端值的影响最小化,从而很好地解决了这一缺点,使评价更具有公平性.通过对某校2008届参加考试的15名体育考生的高考成绩进行评价,结果是比较公正的.
