My Cognition to New Period's Shool Work of Moral Education

学校德育工作的内涵及其重要作用,应当引起重视。从历史和现实角度分析,我们的德育工作现状并不乐观,尤其目前国际国内大环境比较复杂,不利于人才培养的因素很多,因此学校应从德育的组织建设、管理机制、方法、内容及评估体系等方面加强和改进德育工作。

the connotation and important effect of school's moral education should be paid great attention to. From analysing historicly and actually, the present situation of moral education is not optimistic.Especially, the present international situation is complex and the unfavorable fac tors of fostering a talented person are a lot. So we should strengthen some aspects of the school: organizatiion,methods and contents of the administration, appraising system and improve moral education.
