当前,在学校管理中,教师受挫现象时有发生,其原因也较复杂。作为学校工作的管理者和教师本人都要采取积极的防治策略,最大限度地降低人为挫伤的程度,以维护教师心理健康,提高工作效能。

At present, in the administration of the school, the enthusiasm of the teacher is of ten hurt. The factors are complex, but the school leaders and teachers all should take active action to deal with them, try our best to decrease the artificial hurt, protect the mental health of the teachers and improve the efficiency of their work.
