摘要
提出针对低轨道小卫星星座和编队飞行星座的多星测控系统方案。系统由 2 .4 m抛物面天线及相应的自跟踪天线控制器、四对短背射天线及相应的程序跟踪天线控制器、五台测控处理机、控制与数据处理计算机、GPS/ GL ONASS差分基准站、网关等组成。系统下行信号以不同频率区分不同卫星 ,上行信号以不同地址码区分不同卫星 ,适应小卫星、星座和编队飞行星座的测控要求。系统采用 CCSDS标准 ,对外接入公共通信网 ,支持用户对卫星和 /或有效载荷的直接操控。方案充分利用了已研发设备的设计和技术成果 。
A TT&C System scheme for low earth orbit(LEO)small satellite constellation and/or formation flying constellation is proposed in this paper.The system is consisted of a 2.4m paraboloid,4 couples of short backfire antennas and correlated antenna control units(ACU),5 TT&C processors,control and data processing computer,GPS/GLONESS differential station,and a gateway.Different down link frequencies and up limk address codes are used so as to discriminate each satellite from the others.In order to be adapted for the requirements of small satelliee constellation,the CCSDS are used,and the system is linked with common or special communiction network.The configuration of such a TT&C system are supported by presented techniques and design results.The design,implementation,and maintenance of the system will be convenient and low cost.
