摘要
女大学生耐力素质下降,这是一个不容回避的问题,现已得到人们普遍的重视。通过采用女大学生所喜爱的健身健美操来替代她们畏惧的耐力训练方法,从而增强心肺功能,改善女生呼吸系统状况,调节心理素质,有效地提高耐力教学效果和达标率,成为女生耐力素质提高的又一重要手段。本文以实验对照的形式检验了健美操与其他项目在女生耐力素质提高方面所具有的特殊效果。
It is an unable evasive problem that the resistance stuff has descended of college girl students. It is also a com-mon physical tolerance By adopting bobybuilding exercises that girls fond of, as the subtitute of their dread physical tolerance training,penman has improved the function on heart had lung of students,adjusted the condition on breath system.This re-search was conducted by the means of match control and the impact of figure building to girl students' physical tolerance was appraised.
