摘要
按照高等职业教育的特点,首先要对培养目标的岗位群人才结构进行分析,根据目标岗位对人才的知识、技术、能力、素质的要求来设计培养计划,安排课程与实训。本文应用这一思路对饭店管理专业进行了分析。
The characteristics of running higher vocational education are: first, making analyses of knowledge, skills, abilities, and qualifications for related positions; secondly, designing teaching plans and making arrangements for courses and internship work . This essay presents analyses of Hotel Management Major with regard to the views mentioned above.
