Trial discussion on Risk Investments in Our Country

我国正从工业经济向知识经济时代过渡 ,高科技企业已成为我国经济发展的增长点 ,而风险投资已成为高科技企业发展的重大推动力 ,这就要求我们一方面要借鉴国外风险投资运作经验 ,另一方面要结合我国目前国家资本市场的发展程度 ,抓住机遇 ,制定我国风险投资的对策 ,以推动我国风险投资业持续、健康。

Our country is in transition from industry to knowledge economy. High-technology businesses have become the increasing point of our economic development, while risk investments have turned out to be the main driving force to high-technology businesses. Thus, on one hand, we should learn from the foreign countries' operating experience; on the other hand, combined with the developing level of our current capital market, we should capture the opportunities and make the corresponding countermeasures to put forward its sustaining, healthy and fast development.
