The work of admitting new Party members among college students is vital to the cause of our Party. The Party committee of the institutions of higher learning should fully recognize the importance and imminence of the work,find the young successors at an early date and cultivate them emphatically; adhere to the dialectical unity of quality and quantityincrease the quantity based on the high quality; strengthen the ideological education among the student Party members so as to improve their theoretical levels.
