国际互联网:新世纪的第二治安战线

International Network、the Second Public Order Front in the New Century

２１世纪，我国的信息高速公路必定有个大发展。实践告诉我们，这一高科技成果在造福于人类的同时，确实也带来了不少新的治安问题，亡将成为我国公安机关在新世纪的一条不可忽视的第二战线。本文在论述网络社会中形形色色的治安问题的基础上，建议尽快论证和组建“网络治安警察”新警种。为适应这种需要，对公安教学在新世纪的改革提出几点参考意见。

The information expressway in our country is sure to develop fast in the 21 centu- ry. The fact tells us that the achievement of this advanced technology has benefited people a lot, but at the sarne time it has brought many problems for the public order. It will become the seeond front of our public security, which can' t be neglected. While discussing all kinds problems in the public order, the author suggested that a new police force, (networking public order police)should be authorizde and established as ann as possible. In order to meet this kind of need, hane sugges- tions have been put forward for the reform of public security in the new century.
