柠檬酸(2——羟基丙烷三羧酸)与正丁醇酯化反应,改性催化剂,合成柠檬酸三正丁酯。工艺简单,反应时间短,催化剂重复使用重现性好,酯收率达94％。

The process for synthesis of eri - n - butye citrate (Tributyl citrate, i. e. s - hydroxy - 1,2,3 - propanerticarboxylicaciel tributyl ester) using solid Mo - Ni catalysts is studied. In-the presence of Mo-Ni, the proper technology parameters for the process is achieved: the molar ratio of but and to citric acid is 5:1, the amount of Mo-Ni is about7% upon the mass of citric acid charged in the reaction, the temperature is controlled between 90-95℃ and the reaction time is about 4-5h, then the conversion of citric acid is above 94%.
