本文以邓小平“科学技术是第一生产力”为指导思想,从西部大开发的战略高度,在分析贵州科技创新重要性和紧迫性的基础上,提出具体的科技创新指导思想、原则、目标和模式,以及科技创新的重点领域和技术导向,最后是相关的对策措施。

With Deng Xiaoping's 'Science and techndogy is the first productive force'as the guiding ideology,on the strategic height of western development, based on the analysis of the importance and urgency of making innovations in the development of science and technology in Guizhou, this paper has offered the concrete guiding ideology, principles, aims and modes in making innovations in the development of science and technology, the major fields and the technological directions as well as the related measuers.
