The Anticrime and the Way to Deal with Professional Crime in Government Functionary in Guiyang

本文从大力发展生产力的同时加强民主法制建设,加强监督制约,从体制上堵塞漏洞;努力提高贵阳市人民的思想、文化、道德、生活水平;搞好政治思想工作,提高国家工作人员拒腐防变的能力;完善国家工作人员管理制度;防范“侵吞”国有公司、企业、事业单位中的国有资产行为的制度创新;加大贵阳市国家工作人员职务犯罪的查办力度等方面,对贵阳市国家工作人员职务犯罪,提出了综合治理的预防和控制对策。

This paper has suggested the comprehensive ways of preventing and dealing with professional crime in government functionary in Guiyang, namely, enhancing democracy and legal system, enhancing supervision and restriction, stopping up the loopholes in the system while developing the productive force; improving people's thoughts, culture, virtue and living standard ; perfecting the system of administering state's functionary; reforming the system of preventing the behavior of embezzling public funds and strengthening the investigating and dealing with the professional crime in government functionary in Guiyang and etc.
