摘要
从商业制冰机的制冷系统、制冰部件、供水系统、脱冰方式以及控制系统等方面论述了各种商业制冰机的结构及特征．并从制冰机的特性出发分析了影响制冰机效率的因素，提出了提高其效率的必要措施。
This paper is concerned about commercial ice-maker structures and features, re- spectively describing refrigeration system, ice-making member, watering system and electric control system etc. It analyses the factors to affect the ice-makers and gives some measures to improve them.
