澳门民法典关于建筑物分层所有权初探

Discussion on the Building's Floor Proprietary in Macao's Civil Law

我国民法通则物权中对建筑物所有权尤其是对建筑物分层所有权是一个空白。随着我国建筑物行业迅猛发展,对司法实践和律师代理建筑物分层所有权纠纷案件操作时带来诸多问题。当前我国正在制定新民法典完善我国建筑物分层所有权,借鉴澳门民法典有关规定具有现实意义。

There is no regulation dealing with the building' s floor proprietary in our country's Civil Law. With the rapid development of the construction industry, there appear many problems in the judicial practice and lawyers' acting on cases related to the building's floor proprietary. Presently our country is making new Iaws to consummate the regulations dealing with the building' s floor proprietary, and it would be practical to use the related laws for reference.
