体育教师的素质结构

PE Tcachers' Quality Structure

本文根据素质的内涵及特征,将体育教师的素质划分为自然素质和社会素质两个亚结构,据素质教育的要求和人自身发展的需要,将两个亚结构细分为身体素质、思想道德素质、文化科学素质、全面的能力素质(劳动技能素质)和心理素质,五种素质的具体化,最后形成四个层次的体育教师素质结构网络,这种素质结构的构建,为度量体育教师的素质水准,指明素质发展的方向具有指导意义。

PE teachers' quality can be divided into two substructures——natural quality and social quality. According to the need of quality teaching and human's development, these two substructures can be further divided into physical quality, moral quality, cultural and scientific quality, thorough ability quality (laboring akill quality )and psychological quality. The concretization of these qualities finally make up with four nets of physics teachers' quality, The establishment of this quality structure helps to measure physics teachers' teaching standard and indicate the direction of quality development.
