阐述了为官之道 ,具体从淡化“官念”、少说“官话”、遵守“官德”、干出“官绩”4个方面论述了如何做一个顺乎民心、合乎民意的好官。
The paper tells the ways of being an official,shows clearly how to be a good official agreeable to common people's wishes by way of decreasing “official sense” and “official saying”,abiding by “official morality” and mubing “official achievement”.
